Mrs. Hunt is the Chair of RHCC Board of Directors, and she has been a member since 2017. Currently she is an attorney with Locklear, Jacobs, Hunt and Brooks since September 2010. Her area of practice is Domestic/Family Law (Divorce, Custody, Child Support, Alimony and Equitable Distribution), Juvenile Court (Delinquency, Termination of Parental Rights and Abuse). She currently resides in Lumberton, NC with her husband and three sons.
Mr. Shamburger serves as the Secretary of the RHCC Board and has been a member since 2015. Mr. Shamburger is a veteran and retired officer of the Moore County Sheriff’s Department. He is a Police Officer with Star Police Department and a Resource Officer with the Moore County School System. Mr. Shamburger currently resides in West End, NC.
Michael Hardin is retired from First Bank of Lumberton as a Regional Director and Senior Vice President. He has served as a Board of Director for RHCC since March 2019. Mr. Hardin resides in Lumberton, NC.
Ms. Hunt has served as a member of the RHCC Board since 2012. She recently retired from Robeson Community College where she was an instructor in the Radiography Program. Ms. Hunt lives in Fairmont, NC.
Mrs. Hunt is the Treasurer of RHCC Board of Directors and has served since November 2017. Ms. Hunt is from Fairmont, NC and a native of Robeson County. Ms. Hunt was an Assistant Principal at Rosenwald Elementary and recently retired from Public Schools of Robeson County. She is an Adult Sunday School Teacher at Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church and enjoys missionary work. She has been on several missions to Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota to complete work on the Indian Reservations.
Ms. Jacobs lives in Pembroke, NC and is a native of Robeson County. She has served as a Board of Director for RHCC since November 2017. Ms. Jacobs has worked in the following capacities: Administrator of NC State Government (retired), Tribal Administration, UNCP, Director at Southeastern Jurisdiction Association for Native American Ministry and recently retired as the Executive Director for Robeson County Church and Community Center. She was the 1st Native American to serve as the Liaison,
Mrs. Sampson is an Insurance Agent at Horace Mann Insurance. Mr. Sampson also serves as the Councilman of Pembroke. He has served as a Board of Director for RHCC since July 2018. Mr. Sampson resides in Pembroke, NC.
Mrs. Lewis is a Program Specialist, Judicial advocacy for children, at Guardian ad Litem. She has served as a Board of Director for RHCC since April 2019. Mrs. Lewis resides in Lumberton, NC.
Mr. Estrada is a retired Veteran. He has served as a Board of Director for RHCC since April 2019. Mr. Estrada resides in Fayetteville, NC.
